What the President did not do on summer vacation.
Edited on Mon Jun-27-11 10:44 PM by Safetykitten
It's the going into July and he is coming down the wire on making the choices that will make him re-electable. What are these choices? Can he change? Will he want to change? Will this be the lost summer? It's looking like it is.

First as insanity is gripping the nation politically, most people that believe in Obama doing the right things are waiting for that "American President" speech. We are waiting for that smackdown that would be delivered to the fucking nut cases that are now making the agenda, making the insane points, making their voice sound reasonable. That speech could happen this summer. Will Obama ever get to the place were he realizes that as much as he needs us, we need him. We need him to give that gut shot to the science hatin, social program cutting morons that make up the machine that will propel us into a stone age with iPhones.

Economically, I think the most presentable theory on the President is that he was advised that all things banks and corporations and their place in society was the most important, and everything after that would come when stability resumed. Well there is no stability, and only downward mobility as the banks and Wall Street come back again and again as the greedy fuckers they are and know now that they have us by the short hairs. Will he change direction for the 2012 fashion/issues show? We can only guess.

The showdown on us becoming a deadbeat nation with our creditors will soon show us a glimpse of our future. How Obama handles this and what he gives away will be a harbinger of the big show in 2012. But one thing is certain. He will not be will not be re-elected as things stand now, and he needs to pick a side, and get off the fence.
