And how much if a rising star is Andrew Cuomo:

strong personality - check
strong convictions - check
charisma - check
strategic mind - check
relentlessness - check
candidness - check

4. His father dithered around with the decision to challenge Bush the Elder
"Hamlet on the Hudson" is what they used to call Mario Cuomo. It was joked that he took forever to go to the supermarket, because he was paralyzed by the choice of paper or plastic.

His son seems to have learned something from the old man's mistakes. Clearly, he won the election, and all of the legislative accomplishments since then by decisiveness. Perhaps he will sense an opportunity in 2016, but I think he'll have to fight Hillary for it.

7. In 2016, Hillary will celebrate her 69th birthday a week before the election
Admittedly, only Reagan was older at his first inauguration, but she'll only be a bit more than a year older than William Henry Harrison was at his. I'd say that seventy is not as old as it used to be, relatively speaking, of course.

She would never have taken the Secretary of State position if she didn't have further political ambitions, I'm certain of that.

5. Most importantly: Cuomo believed in Gay Marriage and was
