2. Anarcho-Syndicalism
The workers still own the means of production, but they actually buy it or build it. What ever it is, nobody that doesn't work there gets to own any of it.

Been paying my rent that way for almost 20 years.

6. Capitalism didn't save us from Communism. Capitalists bought us off out of fear of the Communists.
No more Communists= no more bribes to keep American workers from siding with the Communists. If you don't believe me, look at wages since Brezhnev died.

15. Yep

After a fashion the American middle class was defended by Soviet tanks. No more.

UNBRIDLED CAPITALISM!

Capitalism with no restrictions or boundaries.

We had a good working system for many years when rules were followed, and there were restraints in place.

Now it's just a fucking free for all, and it is sending us in a free fall.

On edit, if you want an essay to explain fully why I believe this, I will be happy to expand on my thesis.

11. We are no longer in capitalism. We are in corporatism, and it will last trough our life times
I don't know what will come after corporatism. But I think anarchy is the fairest system of all, since it implies there is no pyramid of power.

16. corporatism is just the euphemism
that is being touted because writers don't want to offend the capitalists, IMO.

12. Nobody but ourselves. We can take ideas from all philosophies and meld them together.
We can take what works and discard the rest.

A mixed economy of some kind is probably the best solution now, but I generally favor a bit more government intervention than currently exists, and I definitely favor an election system free from the corrupting influence of corporate lobbying.

14. Communists.
Capitalism didn't save us from anything, it just maintained it's dominance.

Commies know what to do, watch the Greeks.
