I was ripshit, since they woke me up (I work third shift right now and need to sleep during the day, which is hard) tried to hold it together for a few seconds plotting if there was anyway I could negatively influence them by going along with their belief that I was some sort of conservative activist. But I lost my shit and started yelling at the asshole who was asking me who my favored Republican was (Michelle Bachman, Ron Paul etc). I told him to lose my number and that he was a fascist asshole. (Again, I was interupted from sleep and I'm still pretty heated but this was the perfect storm of what would piss me off). I really sounded like I wanted to rip his head off and I hope I got to him somewhat.

Anyway I'm just posting this because I want to know if this is happening elsewhere and on what scale. It's got to cost money to do this (both the recorded message followed by the live pollster) I've never heard the kind of vitriolic political propaganda on a phonecall before (I don't recall the whole thing verbatim but I can remember the words 'radical' and 'socialist' being emphasized. Wish me luck in calming down. If this fuck had come to my door I would be down on assault charges.
