Things I took away from the GOP debate.
1. Pawlenty is a wuss. John King practically begged him to attack Romney and he didn't. He must be angling for VP.
2. Gays and Muslims are second-class citizens to the Republicans. Muslims are especially not to be trusted.
3. Romney even sounded phony when he said he likes his wings "spicy".
4. There is clearly no room in the party for someone who does not want to privatize Medicare.
5. Gingrich will be out within a month.
6. Bachamann gace all the right answers for the Iowa Caucus.
7. The M$M clearly has no interest in asking Romney about his record as a businessman or about the jobs he destroyed to enrich himself, giving Democrats plenty of time to plan.

Is there anything to add?

1. I especially liked when Bachman said she would ask what the Commander in Chiefs thought.
Good luck with that sister!

4. They are gungho on Right to work states and think all states
should become competitive and be Right to Work States.

They are moving full bore ahead with Ryan's Medicare Plan
and privatizing SS.

Every 45 seconds say Obama has failed amd in between
rant on how bad Obama is.

6. They all avoided answering the question specifically, instead replying with sound bites.
Herman Cain is really dumb.

Romney smarmier than ever.

Bachman had on enough make up for ten people.

You could pick Newt up and move him to any location in the world and he'd sound the same.

8. Did we get any definitive answers on the topic of science?
To wit, is the Earth 6,000 years old, or only 5,400?

Is it flat? Or shaped more like a carrot?

When Jesus measured the speed he was riding on his dinosaur, did he use miles per hour, or kilometers?

9. Pawlenty shot himself in the foot.
Maybe he thought he was being polite to Mitt but he just looked spineless.

Which he is.

11. Speaking of Bachmann and the Iowa Caucus, an Iowa tea party group watched the debate.
Political activists who attended an Iowa Tea Party event here Monday night gave mixed reviews to seven Republican candidates who participated in a presidential debate in New Hampshire.

In a show of applause after they watched the debate on television at the Elks Club here, the loudest clapping went to Texas Rep. Ron Paul, Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann and businessman Herman Cain. No one applauded for former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney.

In interviews, several people praised Bachmann, while some singled out Romney for criticism.

Lenny Scaletta, a retired engineer and leader of the Tea Party Patriots in Council Bluffs: "I like Michele Bachmann. She is the most passionate on the issues that I like, and I think she is the strongest on illegal immigration."

Naomi Leinen, a teaching associate from Council Bluffs who is co-chair of the Pottawattamie County Republican Party: "I think Michele looks really good. She's in my top three," she said. Her other top picks include former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum.
