Cost of healthcare repeal put at $230 billion
The Congressional Budget Office's latest analysis on the effect a repeal of the overhaul would have on the federal deficit may pose a challenge to GOP efforts to dismantle the law. House Speaker John Boehner dismisses the estimate.

Republican House Speaker John Boehner says he doesn't believe the new estimate, which poses a challenge for the GOP as it begins its campaign to dismantle the healthcare law.

The Republican plan to repeal the healthcare law would drive up federal deficits by $230 billion by 2021, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office concluded Thursday, undercutting GOP efforts to seize the mantle of fiscal responsibility.

3. It's so easy for the GOP to dismiss the CBO when they don't agree with its findings,
but if they did agree they would be shouting them from the rooftops.

4. Maybe this will make our Democratic legislators think twice...
...before passing any more unconstitutional individual mandates.

Granted, the chances of getting it repealed with Obama in office are fairly slim, but I put nothing past them.
