WCBS (New York) reports Weiner reconsidering decision not to resign...
...following release of new photos taken in the House Gym. Decision probably won't be made until his wife returns mid-week.

I'll post the obligatory "Impeach Clarence Thomas" line, and we can move on with the discussion...

2. Have heard the names of a couple of Council people...
Cong. Joe Crowley is the Queens Party leader, and presumably will drive the decision. However House vacancies are not filled by appointment. A special Election is called, and there is either a Primary before hand, or the County Party picks a candidate if there isn't enough time.

9. He May Have No District To Run In...
This is all playing out while the state legislature is putting together the new map for next year. New York loses a bunch of districts and that may include Weiner's...so his fate may already be sealed.
