well, what a silly coincidence.

wonder how that happened?


The police “asked to speak with the girl’s mother about the daughter’s contact with Weiner,” Fox News reported, adding that one of the network’s reporters happened to be there when the cops showed up. The visit by the police was later confirmed by POLITICO.

I really do. While I admit that Weiner has proven himself a consummate idiot, ultimately we're talking about naughty pictures sent to other adults. It's not as if he was donning a diaper with prostitutes or soliciting sex in a men's room.

I think these right-wing outlets could easily overplay their hand here and end up being the real butt of the joke if they keep this up. If it's framed properly, and Weiner doesn't just resign, it might end up leaving as much egg on Fox News' collective face as on the Congressman's.

which I believe is part of the operation currently involved in a lawsuit and counter lawsuit with DU.
