Take back the CA Central Valley from the neo-Con GOP . 5/11 at 3:30-5pm
* help empower the Progressives in Fresno and the Central Valley of CA.


Saturday, June 11 from 3:30 - 5 p.m. at the Central Valley Progressive PAC meeting

We will be joined by Debbie Harkness, one of the candidates in the upcoming District 2 Fresno County Board of Supervisors race.

Come and hear where she stands on the issues that you care about.

This meeting will take place at the Fresno Center for Non-Violence located at 1584 N. Van Ness Ave., Fresno.

1. the Central Valley should be all Blue anyway. Latinos are, by far, the majority
there. Lets talk registration and why its so important to vote!

2. Yes it should. but control by propaganda and big box churches
what happened to the Central Valley 30 years ago we can see happening all across this control.

1. take over the newspapers, local news station and radio
2. have ministers in big box churches influence the votes and who is elected
3. Unions are the enemy as are the poor
4. break the unions
5. lower the wages, make people feel grateful they have a job no matter how they are treated
6. vilify the people who speak out.
7. find a scapegoat group, whether women, poor, black, immigrants..etc.

3. 95% of mexicans in the Central Valley don't belong to big box churches, They
are RC, so they don't get that fundie message every Sunday. Again, educate them on the importance of their vote.

4. actually there are many mexican and mexican americans
who belong to a fundamentalist big lox church called Cornerstone.

Very conservative and very "pro-life". they vote Republican. the ones I know are as closed minded as tea baggers. It is very frustrating.
