4. It looks like potential for massive fraud.

I only know a little about electronic trading, but that is how most of it is done. Can these machines be getting information about stock orders placed and then be getting priority to purchase them at a lower price and turn around and sell them to someone who has already placed an order before the machine decided to buy?
