11. Rand Paul. Biden was such a gentleman.

12. He always is. And he seems to be able to disagree with people in a way that

they don't take personally. I remember during the presidential debates he said something like "Hillary, you know how much I respect you, but I honestly feel on this issure you're flat out wrong." Not insulting, not condescending - very respectful and sincere. I also remember when he said something that the moment it was out of his mouth he realized it could have been misconstrued as a slam against the Bill/Lewinsky brouhaha, and he spun to Hillary and said (a look of oh, no!) on his face -- I only meant that in regard to (whatever it was) nothing else. She nodded and said I know, Joe.

And he did look at the others who were there on the stage with him, talking to each one about why he felt his approach was better.

I've also seen him on Sunday shows w/Lindsey Graham and he'd have Graham practically purring and laughing with Joe at some of his soft slams.

He's such a class act and such a good guy. You can tell he genuinely likes people, regardless of their political affiliation.
