Defend your Party and the programs it has passed to make this a better country.

Do not be afraid to defend Medicare, Social Security, unemployment insurance, food stamps for the poor, etc.

Where would we be without these programs? Where were we before these programs? Believe me, we do not wish to return to those days. We do not wish to be at the mercy of our corporate masters. We deserve more dignity than the Republicans would give us. We have worked hard for this progress and we do not wish to give it up.

Stand up, Democrats! Defend the people from these elitists on the right. Be proud to call yourselves Democrats again.

No one should NOT be proud of being a democrat. Even though the righties have tried to make "liberal" a dirty word, they cannot deny our proud history of contributions to this country.
