They're DISAPPOINTED that the world didn't end. These people aren't about trying to make the world a better place, they want to encourage the end of days in any way they can. That's why the jesus freaks are so pro war.

1. End times many times comes from a place of strife.

The 'end of the world' is a release from the anxiety and strife they feel.

There is comfort in the thoughts of later being better then the Now, and it is natural to work for a better goal, although end of the world has the bad goal of much harm, a form of expression of vengeance against those that they feel have harmed there well being, and the idea of peace for them.

So it is a combination of feelings of desire of vengeance against the meanies as they see them, and a feeling of desire for a form of peace.

The end times ideas of many groups are basically remove the bad, and the smaller good will carry on.
That fits most endtimes groups, however it could be that the bad to be removed is the conflict in ones own mind, and how they feel they should be. It could be that feeling is also part of the storm of the sliver in the mind of contradiction, the conflict of what someone does and how they feel.

So it makes sense that many have an end times prediction of much disaster, and reward and making it through for those that follow some better path as they see it.

I am hearing some discussion about the Rosicrucian on TV, they have an end time bit also according to that show. I think most people and groups have a fear also of there own demise, or the demise of people they care about, and that can translate into an idea of a destructive event, it is a side effect of thinking in mortal terms. And then after that is always the few making it to carry on, that would be the spirit form continuing on after the burning off of the chaff, or change to better form.

So it is in many cults and established religions, and many other thoughts.

It is interesting.

The show on Rosicrucian is interesting, the Rose is flower with thorns, or good and bad in everything. It is also rose as in moving upward or resurrection. So the Rose is used everywhere, both as lack of judgement knowing everyone is not perfect, and that there is a better ending for people.

I don't believe in Psycic stuff myself, but understand how if spirits in multiple people know the same things, people think of that as psycic stuff, or that if a spirit does what someone asks by communication with a spirit in someone else that is part of the same chain as that person, many see that as psycic stuff. Lots of topics on that, the idea that some speak and others interpret, imply that same effect. It can also be used to create a delusion of having power, that the spirit side actually has. The ideas of controlling people are part of that delusion, but you also see that in many ideas, free will is a requirement to exist, so control is wrong in all forms, but it is also a delusion in my view.

But anyways, interesting show.

I have never heard of the Rosicrucian before, but it makes sense that there are many groups that have thoughts that are similar in many things. Although some could get bad ideas from it.

Side note, I think existence is just and compassionate, so also think there will be a change where the meanies are made less, and those that stand long for better reasons, will be raised up.

But that is not much more then the lofty brought low, and the humble raised up. So it has been said many times.
