Mitt Romney is not nutty enough to be the GOP nominee.
He is not extreme enough or wacko enough to actually get the nomination. Too rational. The health care plan he implemented actually made sense. GOP voters do not like sanity.

4. Absolutely right
If it comes down to Mittens vs. Obama, they will either vote for some third party religious nut, or just leave the Presidential vote alone on their ballots. They do NOT want to give the Mormon missionaries one more talking point in the nation's doorways.

6. I think he's just as, if not more nutty... He's just more subtle

about it because he was raised in a political family. Running away from his only accomplishment in order to appease ignorant teabaggers? Sounds nutty to me!

8. Well, he is the whole architect of Individual Health Care mandate that FL is now applyin to Medicaid
Opponents of corporate statism on the right are likely to hold him to task on this issue.
