Bristol Palin before/after major plastic surgery pics
Bristol Palin’s Face Looks Different, Doesn’t It?
Maureen O'Connor — Maybe Bristol has a highly specific weight-loss pattern, wherein chin flesh disappears first?
Maureen O'Connor — "Oh no," I thought to looking at the picture at left. "Someone mixed up the Palin girls, and labeled this girl 'Bristol Palin.'" But lo! The female at left really is Bristol Palin. And so is the female at right. Did our beloved Teen Mom 2: Republican Boogaloo star use some of that abstinence advocacy money on plastic surgery? Or is her new face the product of normal weight fluctuation?

2. Why is everyone so damned gaga over plastic surgery?
Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather not go under any kind of anesthesia or knife unless it's for some medically necessary procedure.

But as I said, that's just me.

...because of simple laws of gravity.

No thanks.

I've NEVER seen an elective plastic surgery whose results were better than the original look.

39. I have. Accident victims and ONE friend I know who had
a real refurbishing and looks wonderful.

But keep in mind I know a LOT of people who have had cosmetic surgery that weren't accident victims.

45. I just know that tiny noses and fat lips are weird looking.
If you've had an accident and need reconstructive surgery, more power to you. If, however, you're so vain that you'd change the face you were born with, though, maybe you should try some counseling before going under the knife.

46. They are downright creepy. My totally for cosmetic reason friend kept it VERY subtle.
(and no, my friend isn't me--I'd have a little bit done but absolutely can't have elective surgery for medical reasons.)

I have the same pattern when I lose a few pounds. Around the jawbone, and right above the waist are the most noticeable places.

Edited on Thu May-05-11 05:24 PM by zalinda
If you put your hand up to the screen and cover the mouth and chin of both pics, you can see that it is Bristol. She got a chin implant and some lipo, so her face looked more oval (the supposedly best looking face shape). I think that after she lost all that weight she looked in the mirror and still saw her round face and saw fat, so she did something about it.

zalinda

She did actually look better before.

When you lose weight, your facial structure changes on most people. For some it makes them look older and others it looks like you've had plastic surgery.

47. Looks like she's lost a lot of weight AND liposuctioned just under her chin. No big deal.
I've known a couple of women who've done it. If I were younger, I'd do that (but at my age, I'm afraid it'd leave loose skin).
