If talking about political achievements, a national health care system where its non-profit and administrated by the government available to all at low cost versus spending trillions on wars and killing bin Laden, my choice is the health care every time.

That would be something to celebrate!

The bin Laden thing, meh, its a short term temporary win based on revenge and other unpleasant emotions.
Affordable health care for everyone is a more more noble and long lasting achievement IMHO.
