8. there is some stuff in there that many on both sides will not like
and a whole lot of stuff that a minority of right wing ideologues fought for and obtained...despite their small numbers.

4. Bullshit.
The Freepers/'Baggers are claiming THEY lost to caving and capitulation.

Reality is somewhere between the two poles.

But the outrage outburst needs to spin out, so have at.

6. I tell you this, it's only the extremes who are angry
When you look at this deal, there are no promises or guarantees. When it comes down to it, there will be a fight over the sticking points, but the debt ceiling can't be used as a weapon, because the GOP has agreed to raise it.

11. You Right...GREATEST DEAL IN AMERICAN HISTORY!!!
There will be a Holiday to celebrate this revolutionary deal!
We will be talking about this genius, transformational deal for generations. They will write storybooks about this event and our children will be named after the principals.

7. I just wish that he would be honest and officially cross the aisle
but I guess the DLC has a better chance of morphing us all into the GOP by keeping him right where he is.

12. Lorien, it is part of a two pronged attack, Kochs funded both for a reason
They are supposed to pretend to be Democrats, that way Democrats will get the blame for it as well as it getting it done.

If I am right, it will take mostly Dem votes to pass this and they will get it.

Brilliant actually, so no, the plan depends on the pretense, no faux Dem will cross the aisle in honesty as it will ruin the two pronged attack.
