1. You should add
Never going to happen! This woman is never going to get the nomination, even if her huge ego gets her to run, and I really doubt she will, but I could be wrong!

Her whole life will be exposed, the new book by her former aid, anything Levy Johnson wants to get out for some cold cash, the e-mails coming out, plus it would cut into her "speaking" tours, which will be making her a whole lot more money than running for the republican nominee. Of course there is also the fact she will maker herself the "king maker" getting those who do run to kiss up to her big time for her support.

2. Never say never
The repugs are *desperate* for a frontrunner, and they seriously believe she is the only one who can beat Obama. She'd get eaten alive by Romney or Pawlenty in a campaign, but you must never underestimate the dogmatic stupidity of the average republican voter.

4. Putting that toxic idiot on the national stage is not a good thing ever.
She'll just inject more hate speech and ignorance into the dialogue.

And the MSM will do what they can to prop her up.

Anyone who thinks it'd be any sort of fun had best not complain if it comes to pass and the networks cut away from the President or any other event each and every chance they get to cover the quitter's next campaign stop.

5. It would be a gift.
In fact, I believe that her God is telling her to run just to ensure another term for Pres. Obama.

Now, we have to do something about those pesky righties that are hellbent on destroying her "dream". Even here in RW central (her new homestate) Conservatives turn pale(r) when you bring up the possibility of a Palin candidacy. Then they start mumbling crap about how she's much better just being a spokesperson and leading from the sidelines. Yeah, yeah...chickenshits.

6. Like Reagan was to Carter?
Personally, I'd LOVE to see her nominated, thus guaranteeing Obama a second term. But, as someone has already stated in this thread, never say never.

7. She's not in Reagan's league as a politician... and frankly, Carter wasn't in Obama's league..

8. Ditto, exactly and plus one.
Reagan was actually popular. For awhile, at least. Carter's a great man, but was pretty much a disaster as president.

I don't remember what the debates were like between those two, but I'm guessing that it won't be nearly the comedy that a debate between Pres. Obama and Sarah would be. I imagine our President doing his best to refrain from /facepalming every two minutes and saying, "Are you fucking serious?".

Plus, too, also, and...she'd refuse to do a townhall unless it was scripted. Kinda removes the whole purpose, dontcha think?

9. We'd contest Oklahoma if Palin was the candidate.
That's how big a disaster she'd be for the GOP. She can't get out of her own way.
