Woo-hoo! Some Tea Party Members are Waking Up!
John Nichols, from the Nation, told Bill Press this morning that some tea partiers in Wisconsin now realize they've been working for corporations and against themselves, and are doing ads about it to alert others!

Great news - the more of this, the quicker Americans can unite to turn this corporate train wreck around.

1. Texas used to distrust corporations and didn't want them around
My, how things have changed. I hope we get a similar revolution.

2. Somewhere in the Tea Party may be the core of a viable third party.
The Republican powers-that-be are rapidly learning those who sow the wind, reap the whirl wind!

8. A populist movement should come from both ends of the spectrum...
Interesting that union members are not necessarily Dems - perhaps labor will lead the way out of this mess.

14. exactly, union does not equal Dems down here in Texas
most union guys here vote consistently R, (to their own demise of course)

so all this union busting will hopefully come around and bite the R's in the ass

23. Perhaps DUers could help tilt the Tea Party to the left?
It would be seet karma to one day say "Thank you!" to the Koch brothers for building the infrastructure that eventually bit their corporate asses.

17. GREAT! May It Continue & May It Spread Far & Wide!!! I Live In Florida
and feel almost completely HOPELESS! Rick Scott is GAWD AWFUL and getting worse as each day passes!

I've said it before and will say it again... I honestly feel that there was A LOT of fraud going on ONCE AGAIN with the elections here in Florida! AND yet, NOTHING EVER gets done! Some have tried, but it seems to be a LOST CAUSE!

I was directly involved in the 2006 election upheaval with Vern Buchanan & Christine Jennings and it was a FARCE! To wit, Jennings, a former Repuke turned Dem with the help of Rahm ran against the crook Buchanan. Somehow 28,000 plus under votes became a huge issue, but in the end it meant nothing. He ran again with even MORE lawsuits having been filed against him and won by a very large amount! Our Supervisor Of Elections is overwhelmingly elected over and over and she's a real piece of work too! Worse that Katherine "Cruella" Harris ever was.

It simply SUCKS and there seems to be NO RECOURSE!

11. One thing about teabagger types. Explaining to them that they
were being scammed by the usual suspects was calling them stupid. They are, but some not so much as others.
The ones capable of figuring things out, might be coming around but it has to be their idea. We can't expect them to become liberals, but at least they might help us stop the looting.

12. Last night in Big Ed's coverage.it was reported that many Firefighters
and Policemen voted for Walkers. However, when he started
this Union Busting strategy they have come out strong to
support the Teachers and other Public Workers. They are
marching with the Protestors to save Collective Bargaining.

Big Ed will be broadcasting from Madison tonight.

20. Seeking his own Praetorians?
I suspect that Walker was trying to create his own Praetorian elite by exempting firefighters and police officers from his Draconian rulings, thus making them loyal to him. Looks like worker's solidarity turned around and bit him on the greater gluteals. May it ever be so!

22. It's more political than that
The fire fighters and police contributed to his campaign where the teachers and public workers didn't. A true politician!

This is how it is going to happen, folks.

This is how it HAS to happen. People on BOTH sides need to wake up and realize that we are being robbed.

19. We need a voice. We need someone to explain clearly what is happening,
because the media is not telling the story. People know SOMETHING is happening to them, but they don't understand why, or who is doing it.

There is a blanket of media devoted to telling a false story.

We need someone high profile telling the truth.
