7. naw, he should have flown to DC in his jammies to sign meaningless legislation
into law, thereby grandstanding (you know, like the "Save Terri!" legislation under ... who was it ... Bush43).

Of course, then you would have the Repugs screaming about him wasting the taxpayers $$$ for flying back into the United States (from the furren country of Hawaii) to sign the legislation ...
