5. Redistricting in FL doesn't involve the gov
other than to call the session that creates the plan.

The state Supreme Court plays a role, but I don't know how much leeway they have.

Even if Sink won and the gov did get to veto the plan... republicans now have veto-proof majorities in both houses.

MSNBC only reported that Alex Sink conceded to Scott. MSNBC specifically said they are not calling it right now.
