Meg Whitman explains how she "escorted" an employee from the room
Meg Whitman's campaign is doing its best to spin the story that while she was CEO of eBay, the company paid $200,000 to an employee Whitman verbally and physically assaulted. Or, as her campaign described it, with whom she had a "verbal dispute."

But on Thursday, Whitman herself addressed the story.

"Young Mi Kim and I had a verbal disagreement and it escalated and I actually, as The New York Times quite accurately reported, you know escorted her out of the room and then I went back to what I needed to do in that meeting," said Whitman, speaking to reporters after a campaign event at a sneaker and sports apparel shop in South Gate.

But it's not like she did anything wrong when she shoved "escorted" her employee. After all, sometimes these things just happen, especially in the rough-and-tumble corporate world of online shopping.

"You always have to act professionally, right? And you just have to be thoughtful about your interactions. It was an anomaly. It's one of those things that happens in business. I've been in business 30 years, and you know, it's one of those things that just happens."

Smacking around a subordinate so you can do what you need to do? It's just what happens in business sometimes. Take it from Meg -- she's a professional.

Not only is she a failure in business but she's somebody who physically and verbally abuses her employees. And now she wants to be Governor of California.

1. Swing voters won't care that the lady slapped around a guy with a funny name.
It should matter, but it won't. It only matters to people who think about things, and no one who actually thinks about this stuff would vote for her anyway.

Does California gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman's violent temper and bullying behavior run in the family? The billionaire ex-eBay CEO's son was charged with felony battery for breaking a woman's ankle after her friend said "Fuck you" and "Fuck your fraternity."
