Is why with the crazy tea(KKK)baggers and the constant bashing of Obama by the media on an oil spill from a private billion dollar company why are the democrats not anger about all this and want to take action in November like they did during the Clinton impeachment year where we GAINED seats

1. based on primary turnouts and based on my observations there is plenty
of enthusiasm. M$M will never report it because it doesn't fit their story.
FUX sets the agenda and all the others simply follow (except for that troublesome 3some on MSNBC).

3. I agree. Dems did not look unenthusiastic in the primaries so far.

And some Dems are not doing as bad as some expected in the polls, like Reid. He is catching up to his opponent. Many pundits want to compare it to 1994 but back then Rethugs had a good level of support. People are mad at both parties right now, hard to predict what will happen.

6. The life forms that vote in Republican primaries - look at Connecticut - are helping Dems a lot. nt

2. You might consider some punctuation.
It's really hard to figure out what you're saying here...

4. A bit of a narrative
It's an easy prediction to make that the TREMENDOUS turnout of the last election won't be repeated. What's a bit harder to predict, and a tad "risky" in a professional sense is that the GOP may actually be in worse shape.

7. Honestly, i know many Dems who aren't enthusiastic -- I aint voting Repub but...
seeing as how my vote only brings on more of the same corruption i see no point in going out to vote in November...and when i ask numerous friends/neighbors they say the same thing. Repubs may be worse but seeing as how democrats do nothing that really favor the people i see no point in voting for them either -- at least for now.

8. I do not know anything about your district
but in my congressional district staying home is the same as voting Republican. The Democrat here will be in a close election with a Tea Party type. The Democrat isn't as liberal as I would like but he is not terrible especially when compared to his opponent. If I and my progressive neighbors had your attitude then the Tea Party takes control of another congressional district. Staying home is not an option.

10. See Bush v. Gore
I have no patience for the idea that "no voting" is preferable to voting for the "better of two unsatisfying choices." After 2000, I knew for a fact that I would never stay home (I didn't stay home in 2000, for the record, but I knew a few who swore to me that it didn't matter who won). Even if I had to choose from two freakin' Republicans, I'll vote. I'll hate it, but I'll vote. Because 2000 taught me nothing else, it's that letting the awful candidate win by refusing to take a stand can lead to disaster.

9. Democrats are fairly enthusiastic
However, Republicans are super-duper-ultra-unbelievably-enthusiastic, due to their insanity and general angst about being out of power. It's unknown how that level of enthusiasm will translate at the ballot box.
