1. Depends on Rand's postion on gun control

If there's no right to privacy, there is no fifth, fourth, third--and especially second--constitutional amendment.

Not abortion per se. but the Right to Privacy in general Government can intrude when? What about Gay Marriage? what about Sodomy laws? What about medical records? How is that anyone's business but the persons involved?
