I have a friend who told me he will dress up as Uncle Sam and hand out the form within the crowds at the teabag event in Madison. I will do my best to videotape the idiots. It should be very funny stuff.

Hopefully, there are people willing to hand out this form to at least some interesting stories at events nationally.

5. They print alright in B&W

There's a PDF with two forms on a page that can be cut pretty easily on the site. Color is optimal for full effect, but gayscale at least gets people to look at the form and react... make sure you have some way of recording the event for comic fodder.

as well as a printed name. It's more official if it's signed and dated, don'tcha know.

Funny thing is, if you google "social security opt out," you get a lot of info on folks interested in opting out of making payments. Getting benefits? Not so much.
