So it took Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi to make more progress on health care than in 45 years
These are two individuals who have undoubtedly been told all their lives that they could not do this or that because of who they were.

And they have done a health care bill when nobody else could.

There's a lesson in this.

way, and that's why we should scrap this bill and start from scratch with a bipartisan bill.

Uh... you guys controlled everything from 2001 through 2006.

What prevented you from totally overhauling health care for the benefit of the people?
