Obama at Virginia's George Mason University

I saw a few clips of Obama today speaking at George Mason University rallying support for health care reform. I haven't seen him so fired up since the presidential campaign and was wondering how effective this would have been if he was speaking for a single-payer system or a medicare buy-in or a public option instead of this watered-down corporate giveaway. I find it interesting that he waited till the last minute to become the speech maker that had us all mesmerized back in the fall of 07.
