1. Can't guarantee hearts, but I can guarantee The Greatest Page.
Now, if you would have included W, Raygun, and Sarah Palin in your statement of hatred, as well as a picture of Obama without a shirt and maybe something about healthcare, I might be able to guarantee at least a hundred recs.

7. I used to worry about the progressive/Dem circular firing squad
arguing for the perfect without recognition of the good,
while the opposition
walked away with the spoils,
and I still do.

12. Dude ...
it is far from blind loyalty, but on their worst day, the Dems are friggen 100 times worse than the Rs ... I mean, the most bought and sold dem in Washington is better than the 90% of the Rs and that is not hyperbole ...

It isn't what we would like, but the democratic game is the only game in town ... The other team is on a nonstop mission to destroy the country ...

17. The
Democrats are not close to perfect yet are a far better alternative than the GOP. Period.

Democrats should work in positive manner for what they wish and compromise when needed. I'd rather incremental improvements than deciding to get nothing done because I couldn't get all of what I wanted. Getting something done makes getting further reforms along the same lines easier in the future.

Some Democrats seem content to attack and malign a President they voted for while Republicans sit on the sideline and whistle or join in. President Obama isn't going to be able to get much done without solid public support. Putting him in office then helping to destroy his political force/might through reducing public support via constant negative criticism is gimping him and setting the Republicans up for a return. That's not to suggest people shouldn't promote what they desire in a positive fashion. That's possible you know.

It's unfortunate many put Democrats in office then do not help them create public support for issues they want resolved. It's a fact if public support is perceived as low for an issue it will be hard to get done. It's also worth it to channel public opinion that supports your goals towards Democrats who may oppose it, or are stalling.
