I'm trying to find a clip of Biden during a debate in the primaries where he went after Hillary Clinton on UHC - and he was so unbelievably smooth while he was tearing her down.

I think if DUers saw that, they would be a bit more relaxed about Thursday's debate.

Problem is, Ms Pirhana is suffering from halfheimers, and I can't even remember what month that debate took place.

Anybody with a better memory than mine?

I wouldn't even know where to begin, P. But if one of the clever Bidenites doesn't come up with it, don't worry about it. Let them wring their hands and spout advice -- there's nothing we can do anyway. Joe will handle it as Joe always does, regardless of what DUers want him to do.

6. If it's on youtube, there is a really cool tool...

go here, www.savevid.com and put the url of the video in, in the dropdown window, choose FLV/youtube; it will automatically upload it to your desktop. (savevid.com is down right now...it'll be back up though... I hope)

You can not open the file and play it without a FLV player;

go and download this FLV program;

If you want, you can rename the vid file that is saved to your desktop, like the name of what it is...it will be saved on your desktop as something like, "getvideo"...just right click and change the name. After you have installed and opened the FLV player, click on the "open"(arrow up, on the left/lower, and find the file.

If you try to just click on the vid file to play, you may have to assign a program to open it, for the first time. Just pick the FLV player if something ask you what to open it with.

I can't get to savevid, so I can't tell you more without looking, but I have used it a few times, and it couldn't be easier.

You can also grab vids from other places as well, but can't remember them all...
