Biden is having a meeting with his family deciding what to do next.

The Biden's do that. They are a team.

1. The family all knows that

his momentum is only increasing. People wanted him, but big power caucus rules prevented him showing his support. He will stay because this isn't about him. It's about a people and a nation.

I am starting to believe - once the media have exhausted themselves with the three, then he can come on to make a speech and get national coverage of a stump speech!
