The look that crossed Bobby Scott's face when Monica replied she didn't believe she intended to commit a crime in response to his question about whether she believed she had taken inappropriate political considerations into account thus breaking civil service laws was priceless. He was astonished in an 'I can't believe my ears moment'. I wish I could provide a link to that segment.

Otherwise the entire thing is quite sad, a tragic illustration on how far we have gone in the destruction of the Constitution.

And does anyone know who the jowly, gray looking guy is sitting behind her right shoulder?
