So what happens to the 400 bills the House passed and sent to the Senate?

....now the senate has to vote on them. That's what I think happens. They don't get reset because of an election.

4. Remember how nobody questioned why Clinton's impeachment

was allowed to carry over from one Congress to the next? The House of the 106th Congress passed the impeachment resolution and the Senate of the 107th held the trial.

Bills, resolutions and anything else die when a Congress ends. Unless it's the Republicans impeaching a Democrat.
