Republican mob mentality...
No matter the issue, they stand united. If someone says, "Get a rope!", they all join the mob and start chanting. This is a dangerous political environment.

They promote, provoke, and incite violence. They are not interested in what might be best for the country. They are only interested in regaining power. It deosn't matter who they have to step on with their tall jack boots.

What do they stand for? Nothing. Everything is a "No" vote. They fear no reprisal because their followers are like zombies. They are not capable of thinking for themselves. And look where we are today. If they had only looked in the mirror?

These people are dangerous. They are no longer a simple political opponent. They are enemies of freedom and progress and education. They breed in ignorance.

1. What makes you so angry is the are calling the Democrats
and Obama Nazis and they are the ones acting like them. Prescott Bush started this brand of politics in the 1940's and it seems to have gained strength since. Every cycle where the republicans loose they get more violent and rabid. These people are power mad. Look at Hitler. He took over the newspapers first, and the airwaves. There was no internet and TV which makes it easier for them to spread their poison. You are correct they are dangerous and the people who support them are traitors to this country. They are so stupid as to not know that they are being manipulated into positions against their best interest. UNTIL THE DEMOCRATS GET A LAW PASS TO REIGN IN THE MEDIA FROM SPEWING LIES WE WILL NEVER HAVE A HONEST COMPASSIONATE COUNTRY AGAIN. It will continue to be run by corporations.

3. K&R....
So what are DU'ers doing today to right this terrible wrong? Remember all elections are local if you are not out there helping your local party to get out the vote, you are spinning your wheels.

4. A problem of dealing with literalists.
When people here (myself at the forefront) call for guillotines we don't really expect to see heads rolling except in a figurative sense.

When they call for ropes, well, they're the mindset behind 90 years of lynchings in this country

and since i just discovered the word filibuster was an early term for buccaneer/pirate, it seems the republikkklans
