so mayor bloomberg thinks meg whitman is a moderate?
http://www.nytimes.com/2010/09/19/nyregion/19bloomberg.html?_r=1&scp=2&sq=bloomberg&st=cse

Next month, Mr. Bloomberg will travel to California to campaign for Meg Whitman, the eBay entrepreneur and Republican running for governor on a platform of corporate-style accountability and fiscal prudence. He visited Rhode Island on Thursday to champion Lincoln D. Chafee, a Republican turned independent who is locked in a three-way battle for the governor’s office.

his remarks re: moderates, obama and corporate and wall street execs just show me that the left is bashed and attacked from all sides.

jerry brown is hardly a left hard liner of ANY SORT -- why would bloomberg pick a loon like whitman and call her a moderate?

why would he even come close to defending the banksters, and flim flam artists from wall street at all?

this is becoming an alternate reality -- no different from bush era up is down - black is white and 'heck of a job brownie.'

1. I wish he wouldn't think so.
This is the problem I have with Bloomberg.

I suspect I'm not the only one, either.

3. Yuck.
But leave it to former Boy Scout Mike Bloomberg to be threatened by Jerry Brown so much that he'd campaign instead for a filthy-rich nitwit like Meg Whitman.

Yuck.

:hi:

4. They're an awful lot alike
Two creepy people who have spent over $100 million each to win election to a job that pays less than a quarter million per year.

And they're able to call themselves fiscal conservatives with a straight face.

5. Bloomberg thinks he is a moderate and he will use his influence
On both parties to accomplish his notions
Of legislation.

That is scary.
