A person should be able to say what they want. However that does not logically mean someone can buy air time to dominate the conversation.

I would think by now people know it is not the person saying something that gives it value it is the person listening to it that assigns any value to something.

5. Law 'Enforcement' is NOT your friend, not your ally by ANY MEANS.
Fitzgerald is good at getting people convicted on technicalities, that is all.
Of course, this makes one an unscrupulous prosecutor.
