Can the battle for Net Neutrality be won?
When this issue first surfaced and we had just gained control of Congress I relaxed somewhat and thought since the Democrats had control no need to worry.......But with the corporate power group now having such a strong grip on Congress I am not sure we can win this battle.

Yea, that is awesome, an unwinable fight is the best kind worthy of fighting!!!!!!!

Yea, make it unwinable, then the impossible can shine bright!!!!

Or that's how I like to think on it :)

I am in a good mood for some reason, still need beer though...

Side note, people that were laughing at a certain name this morning. It is not what you think.

I think it should be obvious to anyone that the internet will always be controlled. The very fact that the wire leaves the house puts control of what goes over the wire, where it lands, and how it gets there in the control of the person who owns the wire - and that is not you, me, or the guy next door.

8. If it's not; the American Peoples' First Amendment power will become increasingly curtailed.
The amazing thing is with all the evidence of how corporate conglomeration has so totally trashed television/radio/newspaper news and information with all the subsequent damage done to our nation, they're still not satisfied, now they want to do it to the Internet.

Thanks for the thread, INdemo.
