Florida turd calls Ground Zero Muslim center 'a spit in the face of the people of New York'
He claims he will build a Christian 9/11 Center, but he doesn't know a soul in New York.

Hey, pastor wingnut, I gotcher center right here!

Bill Keller, the Florida pastor Alex wrote about earlier who says he is planning a "9/11 Christian Center" as an alternative to a Muslim community center planned near ground zero, is also a leading Birther. He gained notoriety last year with a late-night informercial demanding that President Obama produce his birth certificate and encouraging viewers to send him money to help keep the pressure on.

The Cordoba House project near the World Trade Center site has produced a large-scale freakout among prominent conservatives, including New York Rep. Peter King and gubernatorial candidate Rick Lazio, despite strong support for the project from Mayor Michael Bloomberg and the local community board.

Joining them in opposing the community center is Keller, a fundamentalist Christian pastor who runs an Internet prayer service called LivePrayer. He calls the project "a spit in the face of the people of New York." Keller is now proposing a $1 million project next door that he dubs "the 9/11 Christian Center at Ground Zero."

1. I don't think there should be any religious building there. Some sort
of visitors center would be far more appropriate IMO....

2. I actually shouldn't have called it a Ground Zero Muslim Center.
It's not on the grounds, it's only nearby, from what I understand.

7. I totally agree
As a native New Yorker who watched the towers being built when they were a big hole in the ground. I also saw them when they were again a big hole in the ground. Built all the christian churches you want in Floreduh. Keep your bigotry out of my hometown.

3. You know since people are so demanding
that Obama show a birth certificate, why don't we all send emails to each and every republican in congress and ask them where's theirs. We don't believe any body, so low down, characterless and common as republicans and tea bags are could have been born in this great country of ours. Any one who wants to make political points on the back of the unemployed, any one who wants this administration to not be able to bring us back from the mess we are in just so they can get back in power, are really truly truly not members of this country. I SAY MAKE THE AHOLES PROVE IT.

5. If he's planning to spend $1 million in Lower Manhattan, he'll end up with a picnic table . . .
At best.
