11. I saw that bumpersticker on a car earlier this year when I was precinct walking for the

election for Supervisor. It was in the driveway of one of the houses on my list! It turned out that the wife was a Democrat and her husband was a Republican. From the way he acted when I was at the door, I assume it must have been his vehicle! I was talking to his wife about the election when I saw her trying to wave somebody off behind her. He appeared and said "There's nothing Democratic about the Democrat Party!" I responded "Democratic Party". He said something about Democrats not knowing the "name of their own party" before going to the other room. His wife said "I'll talk to him" before closing the door.
