BPOE Sniper Shoots Armed Drug Dealer Down on a Street.

This is a non-Youtube video of some guy in a striped shirt getting shot down in the streets of RIO. Evidently, there are different laws regarding how to engage an armed drug dealer carrying his luggage in the middle of the street. This guy just walks along with his friends and then BANG he drops like a sandbag.

I just found it strange that a video of somebody being murdered is justified by claiming that the guy is an armed drug dealer.

1. He WAS armed. That wasn't luggage. It was a rifle.

7. Brazil is known for its cartel problems.
Like the Mexican ones, they wouldn't exactly walk up to you and give you a hug.
