2. In California, we got most of what we wanted, more good than bad.
But then our demographics are different from those of Arkansas, where a not terribly progressive Democrat won their primary.

I wanted:

Jerry Brown YES!!!

Proposition 13 YES (passed) :P
Earthquake Safety Measure

Proposition 14 NO (this one passed) x(
"Top Two" Primary

Proposition 15 YES (failed) x(
California Fair Elections Act

Proposition 16 NO (failed) :P
Utility Power Grab

Proposition 17 NO (failed) :P
Insurance Rate Hike Initiative

Also, Harris for AG :P

And Gavin Newsome for Lt. Governor :P

:hi:

3. I was pleased that the idiot Tea Bagger won in Nevada.
I think Reid will eat her for lunch.

7. I'm disgusted more by the theft than by the loss.
I know Halter conceded. Will there be no investigation or accoutnability for the clear election manipulation?

5. I'm thrilled with the local races
We got rid of our horrible DA, and the teabagger trio went down to flaming defeat. :)

6. Not as happy as I could have been ....
I wanted Blanche Lincoln to go down so bad, but she has been reading the Karl Rove handbook on how to steal elections. Especially reducing the number of polling places. It is very similar to what happened in Ohio in 2004. I knew a woman with a degenerative illness in her back who stood in line for two hours there to vote against Bush. She reported back that a lot of people couldn't do it and left before they voted. Same thing happened in the precincts where Holder was expected to do well. I hope he challenges her in court, I really do.
