He was having affairs back then as well.

4. actually he voted for one of the articles of impeachment, against the other three
and he declared Clinton's behavior to be "morally outrageous" or something like that.

I suspect he would have voted the same way (and said the same things) whether or not he was having an affair back then. He obviously is very good at "compartmentalizing"
