It would have chronicled all the threats and calls for violence that went unchallenged each day. I really wish I'd followed through on this. Is anybody working on anything like this? It would be very powerful to read all in one place.

It's been chronicled since the sixties; Bill Moyers, a much younger Moyers, did a documentary on it.

Quite true. I suspect, however, that it got worse over the intervening years.

Reagan should have been impeached, as should the Bush presidents. It's very interesting to me that, although the rest of the world knows about the laundering of drug money and the covert operations, North Americans aren't supposed to.
