Michael Moore: Democrats, DO SOMETHING!

On Maddow tonight Moore delivered an excellent analysis of why people, especially those on the left, are so fed up with the Democrats in Washington. Not just the lack of courage and fighting spirit, but the fact that they are corporately corrupt as well.

Gotta love Moore, he tells the truth.

You are right that most Americans disagree with mandatory private insurance with no public option, but if you add a robust public option support increases dramatically.

Because you are so concerned about the majority I assume you are advocating for a public option and denouncing the Republican plan which is even less popular than Democrats plan, correct?

6. That sixty percent figure varies quite a bit depending upon which poll you consult.

But above and beyond that is the much deeper question concerning WHY people disagree with HCR. My guess is that a lot of that disagreement comes from the lack of a public option combined with a mandated monopoly for the insurance company. The RW whackadoodles like to think that it's all because everybody agrees with their vision that this is somehow a socialist plot to overturn the country, but in reality that number is really fairly small. Most folks simply want a stronger bill with more protection from and more control over the insurance industry.

he said that when republicans are in charge they drive a Hummer right into DC and slam whatever they want thru.

when Dems walk in, they smile and cower and say "oh please try and understand we want to work with you please be nice to us"


he looked right into the camera and said "DEMS DO SOMETHING!!!"

he mentioned there will be a bloodbath this year if they dont.

I hope those spineless ones were listening.
