Bad things happened to me under Bush's watch.
Until yesterday, the bad things happened under Bush's watch were not personal, but yesterday I became a victim of a fraud crime.

On April 19th, on the way to work, two women approached me and ask me to do them a favor and they will pay me $100 if I cash their checks for them. I accepted as a good Samaritan and did their favor not knowing I was scammed until yesterday. Now I owe my bank $4,000 and I don't have even a dollar to pay them back.

I partially blame myself for this but I don't know this at the time until I found out. I soon filed this incident to the police and I hope these criminals get caught. The point is, none of this happened to me during Clinton's watch, I thought that having a lying murderous president like Bush maybe some sort of a bad omen.

1. Sorry to hear about this
but this sort of thing would be very simple to fix. Banks should have to cover checks written against accounts they are custodians of. I don't mean that banks should get ripped off, but simply that they should not be let off simply because they enable criminals by giving them checking accounts.

Banks hand out checking accounts and credit cards to people who can't pay their bills or are criminals and then charge up the rest of us for the cost.

My cousin got ripped off on an ATM scam but got the Bank to cover the loss (he's vison impaired and somebody offered to "help" him, somehow got the number and emptied the account). I'd try and get the checking account issuing bank to take the hit.

If the Banks had any risk they would be allies in trying to stop this sort of thing.
