Go here: http://projects.washingtonpost.com/congress/110/senate/1/votes/147/?hpid=topnews

Seems like the peace-loving Librans and testy Scorpions cast the most aye votes.

You never know . . . :hi: I compared profiles, and we joined DU about the same time. I've heard of coincidences like that with sibs separated at birth, but there were probably LOTS of us who were blue in November of 2004.

Things are lookin' up, though, methinks.

The idea that the relative positions of the moon and the stars will force you to behave in one of 12 ways is about as reliable and trustworthy as the WaPo's editorial staff.

27. i used to get their weekly publication.
then, I read it cover to cover, not for information, but with the question, WHY DO I STILL GET THIS SHIT foremost in my mind.

I cancelled the next morning, and had to argue with WaPo person why I wanted to cancel. they offered 6 months free, they offered other stuff, and finally, I had to be blunt and tell them that their opeds, their pro bush push and people like broder made their paper unreadable. At the end, the poor lady quietly said, "That's not the first time I heard that."

It is really stupid.
Why not war vote by length of love line on right palm?

It is spreading myth and fantasy.
It should be in the entertainment section, if in the paper at all.

40. Here's what I don't "get" about astrology:
Am I to believe that I have similar behavioral tendencies as 1/12 of the total population based upon nothing other than the month that I was born? That seems kind of.....dumb... to me.

Perhaps Uranus was in retrograde when I was hatched.

I don't much go for astrology, but it is kinda trippy when I read what Libra's are supposedly like and find that they usually describe me amazingly accurately. I am most definitely a prototypical Libra ...
