One year AFTER the (first) 1993 terror attack on the WTC? If we would have been safer under Republican leadership, why did you spurn the GOP's candidate (Pataki) for a Dem?

Watch the YouTube video... Terrorism was not even on Giuliani's radar, one year AFTER our city had been attacked and 6 New Yorkers murdered in cold blood. No, the mayor who is terrorizing the American electorate that a vote for a Dem in 2008 equals suicide didn't seem to give a rat's ass about it before 9-11 became his own personal ATM machine and ladder to the top.

Oh Rudy is a rat pure and simple. Like he's some big security honcho, he still doesn't even know the difference between Shiites and Sunnis. The guy is every bit as dangerous as Bush or McCain.

and people forget the climate in NY before 9/11 and Rudy basically had his career handed back to him. Racial tensions, police brutality. Rudy is no messiah. The guy just happened to have the dumb luck, as awful as it sounds, of being the mayor of NYC on a tragic day. And because Bush was so weak and ran like a scared kitty all over the country the whole day, sounding shook up when he did give a statement, Rudy got to look great in comparison. Now Rudy was on his game that day in interviews and all, and that's great, but basically he didn't tuck tale and run, so he automatically became a big hero for it. It's a superficial image, because Rudy is nothing like that, he's pretty much a sniveling weasel who would continue damaging our country rather than fixing it.
