1. Oh, please.
That kid was a total wimp for killing himself.

(At least according to another thread here.)

:puke:

I'm watching it, too. I cannot imagine.

Happy New Year, BlueJazz.

2. I saw it when it first ran
I could just write a book about that whole mess (and I've written about it at length more than once on my blog) but I'm not up to it at the moment. I'm glad the movie is playing again, though, so more people can see the hideous crime the RRRW is perpetrating against LGBT people.

3. I've seen it and have it taping now
Terrific movie. I was in tears at the end. Sigourney Weaver was nominated for a Golden Globe for this, and she deserves to win.

Made me appreciate my parents (two die-hard Catholics) much more.

FYI the gay pride parade was filed here in Royal Oak Michigan.

5. That is a good film
There are just so many people out there that are treated like Bobby was. They lose hope after being rejected by their families and being told that they are sinning against God by hateful priests. I am happy with the movie, because it does raise awareness about the struggles that gay teens have to deal with.
