Boeing 787 takes maiden flight
Starting the takeoff roll ....



Seconds past V2 .....



No photo yet, but it landed about an hour earlier than expected, but the reason was crappy, foggy Seattle weather, not the plane.

3. It flew over my house!!
About 15 minutes after takeoff.
They flew parallel to the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
It looked pretty cool - the wings are a new look for sure.
It only had one chase plane though it did take off with two.
I clapped and waved for my dad who put in over 40 years at Boeing.
