3. It was recalled because it contains wheat/MSG and it was not listed on ingredients.

Unless you have an allergy to these, not super scary.

I'm using low sodium Swansons, so I'm good with this one.;) I have a built in MSG detector like a lot of other people. I turn bright red, get short of breath and sneeze furiously. Bad stuff.
