Shooting 12 people and then being shot to death is pretty traumatic...However, I am not rushing to blame his actions on PTSD..too convientent an excuse for violence..Maybe its just me, I am PTSD diagnosed and am willing to bet that I was in much more stressful situations than a Mental Health Field grade officer..I could be wrong but I want to see the evidence.

6. Yes - the military put him through school and medical school and now they wanted him to serve

by helping soldiers in Iraq. After all you and I spent nearly 500,000 dollars for him to receive his education and now he had to fulfill his part of the deal.
